at the Lodge
Our family style dining at the lodge is one of the most enjoyable experiences for our guests. There's no better way to start or end the day then swapping stories of plans and tales with friends both new and old. The style of cooking at the lodge is homemade, unfussy and hearty with an emphasis on serving energy rich foods to fuel our guests for the Pyrenean Cols!
We serve a typical french style breakfast of cereals including porridge, fruit, fresh bread & pastries. To give our guests that extra kick-start we like to add in an additional daily treat like homemade granola, porridge bread or egg muffins.
A 3-course dinner is served about 7pm and includes an appetiser, main course and dessert followed by tea and coffee. As well as serving regional french dishes we also serve a selection of international dishes. Wine or beer are included with the meal.
Many of our guests say the food is the highlight of the trip.
