Our
Committment

Faced with the spread of the coronavirus in the world, we want to express our deepest sympathy to all those affected. And here at the Pyrenees Cycling Lodge our main objective is the safety and well-being of our guests, suppliers and ourselves.

We understand the concerns that constantly changing information may generate in relation to travel restrictions, cancellations and postponements of events related to your travel. We are listening carefully and responding to any types of questions or concerns we receive.

Under these unprecedented circumstances, we are not applying our normal non-refundable T&C's so we are completely flexible with whatever guests want to do, whether that is to cancel or postpone. Please see our T&C's page for updated information on cancellations related to COVID-19.

Our
Lodge

Due to the COVID pandemic we have changed the way we operate to protect our guests and ourselves while staying at the Lodge.

Here's how we are protecting you;

  • By the June 26th both hosts at the Lodge will be vaccinated.
  • We have reduced the capacity for this year so there is a limit on the amount of people & mixed parties at the Lodge at any one time.
  • With regards to dining, there will not be a communal dining table, so you will eat only with the people you are travelling with.
  • We are also offering the option to dine outside, weather permitting
  • We have removed all excess ornaments, soft furnishings etc from rooms to limit the amount of surface area in the room.
  • The Lodge is cleaned with appropriate disinfectant on a regular basis.
  • There is hand sanitiser for use at all entrances in the Lodge and all communal areas
  • It is now mandatory in France to wear masks in all public places. So we please ask our guests to respect this and wear masks when using the indoor public areas.
  • Here's how you can protect us;

  • You should not arrive at the Lodge if you have COVID-19 symptoms.
  • If you are required to self–isolate, to protect other guests we would ask you to move to an assigned Government hotel or travel home
  • We are not responsible should you fall ill to COVID-19 while staying at the Lodge.
  • We ask you to follow our COVID-19 guidelines at the Lodge at all times with regards to social distancing & washing hands
