The Pyrénées Cycling Lodge are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

What information do we collect about you?

When you make a booking with us we collect the name of the person making the booking along with the home address, email address and telephone number.

When you pay the deposit and balance through bank transfer or credit card, we do not receive your Banking Information. Your payment data is never passed to The Pyrénées Cycling Lodge and is dealt with by a secure third party.

We also ask about arrival time and specific dietary requirements.

How we use the information we hold on you?

We use your name and home address for invoicing purposes.

We use your email address to send you confirmation & reminders of the reservation and answer any questions you may have about your stay.

We will not use your telephone number to contact you unless it is for an emergency and/or we have been unable to contact you by email.

We use your dietary requirements information and arrival information solely to plan your stay with us.

How is your data stored?

All of your personal data is securely stored on password protected databases with our Third Party administered online booking system. This data is legally accessible only to The Pyrénées Cycling Lodge.


At present we do not send out any marketing emails. If we decide to start email marketing in the future and you would like to receive marketing communications from us, there is an option to opt in for this when you make your booking. If you do decide to sign up for this the distribution list is managed by a secure third party.


During your stay at the Lodge we will ask your permission to take some photos of you using the facilities and also before you go out cycling. We forward the images to you after your stay with us. We also use the images for marketing purposes on print & digital media, in particular our social media accounts. If you do not want us to do this please let us know.
